Complete every mission in story mode.

If you break into a car during story mode you will unlock it in Free Ride mode.

Acquire first place in every race in racing championship mode.

The moment you start free ride mode, drive your car forward out onto the street and then reverse all the way back to where you started. A car selection menu will appear.

Finish story mode and you'll open the day and night options in free ride mode.
